The client provided a template of employment contract for remote work. It was necessary to draft an additional agreement so that the employer had the following rights:

— to summon the employee no more than twice a calendar year to work in the office with a total duration of no more than 1 month per calendar year.

To set up a food delivery service, the following steps are necessary:
  1. Determine the organizational and legal form of the activity. The first option is to register as an individual entrepreneur who will either carry out deliveries themselves or hire employees. The second option is to establish a Limited Liability Company.
  2. In the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL), you should specify the OKVED code 53.20.3 for 'Courier Activities' or 56.10.
  3. Choose a tax system. For this type of activity, the Simplified Tax System (STS) under Article 346.11 of the Tax Code is suitable. If it is an individual entrepreneur without employees and transportation expenses, you can opt for 'income' as the tax base and a 6% tax rate (Article 346.14, Paragraph 1, and Article 346.20 of the Tax Code). If the business is registered as an LLC and/or you plan to hire employees with transportation and fuel costs, it is advisable to choose the STS with the tax base 'income minus expenses";
  4. Discuss with the food supplier whose cash register is used for issuing cash receipts to customers;
  5. The food supplier can operate under an agency agreement or a service contract;
  6. Customers receive a cash receipt from either the food product manufacturer or the agent-deliverer, if such authority is stipulated in the agency agreement, and the agent operates on their behalf.
